AHA’s highest performance forward error correction device is the AHA4541 Astro OC-6 Turbo Product Code Encoder/Decoder. It offers the highest performance error correction capability available today, operating at a maximum channel rate of 360 Mbits/sec and maximum payload data rates of 311 Mbits/sec.
The AHA4501, a combined encoder and iterative decoder capable of operating up to 36 Mbits/sec channel rate, was the first commercial integrated circuit implementation of TPCs.
